Who Is The Best Golfer Of All Time?

At this point, Jack Nicklaus is the greatest golfer.  Tiger Woods can be if he wins more majors than Jack.  I guess we will see Tiger emerge from hiding probably a week or so before the Masters.  Probably at Arnold's tournament in Florida.
